Description:
HR BUSINESS PARTNER
The People department’s mission is to lead and drive the development of people-related strategies that align closely with organizational goals, with a focus on enhancing both employee satisfaction and client happiness on a global scale.
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering cultural initiatives and leading HR projects. Partnering with teams and senior management, you will drive discussions around organizational performance and support excellent people management. Your proactive involvement and leadership in cultural and client-focused initiatives will be integral to the organization. You will work as a collaborative member of the Global People Department, ensuring that people strategies align with and support the company’s overall vision.
WHAT WE NEED
- Strong background in HR and people management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in similar roles. Proven ability to drive people-related strategies that enhance team performance and organizational culture.
- Agency Experience (Big Plus!); Experience working in a creative or digital agency environment is highly valued, providing you with insights into the fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused nature of agency work.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior leaders and teams, proactively understanding business challenges, and providing impactful HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Experience leading cultural initiatives and engagement programs that foster a positive, inclusive work environment. You are a role model for the company’s values and can champion equity and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Skilled in using HR metrics and people data to make informed decisions, shape HR practices, and provide insights that guide business outcomes. Familiarity with pulse surveys and HR data analysis is a plus.
- A track record of supporting managers in performance management and career development processes, with a focus on unlocking team potential and enhancing people management capabilities.
- Committed to enhancing HR processes and systems to support efficiency, and willing to take a lead role in HR project coordination and implementation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain HR policies and recommendations.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and a proactive approach.
- Adaptable, positive, and solution-oriented personality, suited to a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
- This person will play a central role in shaping the agency’s culture, supporting the growth and success of our teams, and aligning HR initiatives with our global mission.

Responsibilities:
Partnering & Culture
- Build impactful, customer-focused relationships with teams and senior managers. Understand the business and their challenges, providing strategic HR guidance.
- Champion HR metrics and key indicators, including pulse and people surveys, to shape people practices. Maintain knowledge on HR trends through analysis and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a strategic partner on matters related to capacity, capability, retention, learning, and engagement. Collaborate to support and enhance organizational goals.
- Work with teams and senior management to execute HR processes and equip managers with tools and knowledge for effective people management.
- Be a role model for the company values, fostering equity and inclusion in all HR initiatives.
People Performance & Development
- Coach and challenge managers to enhance their people management skills, ensuring a positive work environment and developing management capabilities.
- Guide managers in embedding effective performance management practices to maximize potential across teams.
- Identify learning needs and coordinate with the Global Learning & Development Manager to deliver customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Director to ensure optimal staffing and placement.
HR Development
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Lead and support HR projects within various HR disciplines to drive the strategic goals of the HR department.
