In this full-time position, you will work from our office in Rosebery (hybrid work) reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner
WHAT EXPERIENCES & COMPETENCIES DO YOU BRING?
- Tertiary qualifications in HR
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role
- Experience working in a dynamic global matrix working environment
- Ability to balance day to day operations with global corporate strategies, values and goals
- Experience translating HR & Business strategies and goals into HR plans and standards
- Experience in taking the lead on HR projects or implementing new HR systems and strategies
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Proven experience in handling IR/ER matters
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate commercial thinking in supporting the business and HR initiatives
Responsibilities:
- You will be a trusted advisor to leaders including some members of the Executive Leadership team leading a diverse range of HR initiatives.
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritise, and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes.
- Lead projects focused on the Employee Experience within Australia.
- Provide support and advice to leaders in industrial relations matters, including management of underperformance.
- Provide support to leader in the HR Calendar of events including annual performance reviews, remuneration reviews & talent reviews.
- You will further develop one HR team which speaks with one voice and which closely collaborates efficiently in all areas of HR including, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organisational Development, HR Operations.
