Description:

The Human Resources Business Partner for IT/IS Flat Europe is responsible for leading HR processes in his/her perimeters including recruitments, salary increase and bonus exercise, succession planning, performance management, etc. He/She supports the HR Lead in specific projects in IT/IS Flat Europe department.
He/She is reporting to HR Lead IT/IS Flat Europe.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The HR Busines partner is responsible for HR processes in clusters including:
  • Recruitment process: in close collaboration with local HRs and Head of departments, and following local specificities defines the job description, sourcing strategy, posting, and leading the interview process, onboarding.
  • Leadership Development processes: supports and coordinates GEDP process, supports in nomination of Leadership trainings, conducts succession planning reviews with head of departments and local HR team, prepares Career Committees, Performance assessments moderation, data consolidation, presentation, HRIS systems updatesrelated to transversal IT team.
  • Support & coordination of HR campaigns such as Salary increases, bonus and promotions in accordance with local regulations
  • HRIS reporting on various tools (SAP BI, eGEDP), support in data quality and maintenance & organizational updates, - Ad hoc requests of HR statistical analysis.He/She is the main HR point of contact for IT/IS transversal team based in Spain, France North, France South, Luxembourg, Belgium.


    • Support on Major HR Projects for the full scope:

    • Newsletter: in collaboration with CIO office and Heads of department, write quarterly newsletter to strengthen communication in IT Flat Europe department / employee recognition and wellbeingOnboarding of employees in Luxembourg organises regularly plant visits for new joiners in Luxembourg

    • Team members: HR ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products (2 people)
    • Reporting line: HR Lead IT/IS Flat Europe
    • Location of the position: Luxembourg
    • Business trip recurrence: very occasional, if not rare
    • Contract: 1-year VIE contract, renewable for an additional 6 to 12 month
