KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally you will have worked as a HR Business Partner supporting a global business with the following experience:
Provided HR strategic support to Commercial teams on a global scale.
CIPD qualified or relevant professional experience.
Experience of partnering and supporting at a Senior Management level.
Global employment law experience, including managing employee relations.
Experience of managing employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Good knowledge of GDPR principles; understanding of relevance to HR disciplines.
Previous experience of supporting US colleagues is advantageous

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support globally to stakeholders across our Commercial departments, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience.
You will work with managers to help coordinate the strategic direction of their people planning, including resourcing, employee engagement, employee relations, employment law and HR projects which will help build and support organisation and people capability aligned to the business strategy.
You will work closely with your business areas and will be expected to recommend and provide pragmatic solutions to management on all people related matters to support senior management in meeting their business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supporting Senior management on structure, role design, employee engagement and talent acquisition strategies.
Leads HR projects and acts as the HR workstream Lead for business projects, as required.
Support managers on employee well-being strategies, including managing remote and Global teams, mental health initiatives, as well as promoting the Employee Assistance Service.
Manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals, as required.
Coach managers on employee relations and change management best practice.
Advise senior leaders on business capability, assisting with upskilling, skills gap analysis and knowledge gaps.
Advise senior management on the development of high potential employees, improve employee retention and contribute to succession planning.
Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
Provides support to the wider People function, acting as a trusted manager to enable effective operations of the People Team.
Maintain up to date knowledge of Global employment law changes and best practice.
Understanding of how People partnering influences Commercial decision making within a SaaS organisation.
