Description:
We are looking for an additional HR Business Partner to join our team and support our growth. As part of the HR department, your role will be to act as a privileged contact for our internal team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and high quality services for specific business lines to employees in Luxembourg and Europe.

ABOUT US
Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). Our company is a leader in its business and provides a high quality of service which has earned it a reputation in Europe. The headquarters is in Luxembourg Airport, and we employ more than 470 people at a Group level.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg labor law.
- Can do, positive attitude and continuous strive for new challenges.
- Ability to take ownership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills needed to deal with multiple internal and external contacts and manage a busy workload.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in French and professional English level.
Responsibilities:
HR Advisory
- Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR matters.
- Act as a consultant/coach to balance the relationship between Managers and employees.
- Mobility management (on boarding, transfer, promotion).
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case in collaboration with the Head of HR.
- Seek out opportunities to optimize HR policies, processes and programs.
- Work with HR data and KPI’s to identify and propose areas of focus and required improvements.
Talent Management
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process including the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
- Responsible for creating a positive candidate experience for our applicants via timely and professional candidate engagement.
- HR face to a dedicated population, responsible for identifying and handling HR and Talent management activities and strategies.
- Develop awareness of the business and functional areas to target and hire best talent.
HR Projects
- Identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
- Contribute or lead specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and cross-entities initiatives. Report and escalate issues as needed.
- Act as a change agent for organization transformation, offering guidance, recommendations, and support with execution.
