Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner in both corporate and retail areas.
- Collaborate with management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
- Drive the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic plan.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for both corporate and retail teams, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all locations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in alignment with Jil Sander’s values.
- Design and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of the corporate and retail teams.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the business.
- Monitor and report on HR-related KPIs, such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
