• Supporting the implementation of the organisation’s people strategy by providing expert advice to leaders in areas such as absence management, performance management, learning & development, reward and recognition, employee engagement, and employee relations
• Keeping updated with employment legislation and best practices to develop, review, and implement policies and contractual changes
• Leading and delivering HR improvement projects, including the implementation of a new recruitment system to attract and retain talent
• Supporting recruitment and development programmes aligned with organisational goals
• Focusing on enhancing the employee experience by automating processes, creating an engaging work environment, and introducing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
