Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support our German logistics operations and group entities. This role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your HR expertise and develop professionally in a diverse and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR consultation and support to managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, labor law, and employee relations.
- Lead the continuous improvement of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle to boost efficiency and overall impact.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies, guidelines, and handbooks while offering training to both managers and employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring effective and timely support.
- Partner closely with our centralized HR Payroll and Service Team to deliver seamless, efficient HR services.
- Contribute local insights to the execution of global HR initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.
The full-time role is based in Hamburg and/or part-time in Ludwigslust, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
