HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Einbeck-based

We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) not only to join KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA – but also to become part of our lovely team of HR Business Partners.
In this exciting role you are the HR point of contact and serve as sparring partner to the managers in your area of responsibility. The role of HR Business Partner includes working on a variety of day-to-day business topics and managing strategic projects.
This is a permanent role to be filled in full-time.
Your new place of work is at our HQ in Einbeck.

• First contact person and interface to the supervised departments for HR topics
• Proactive advice to managers to solve strategic and operational challenges and develop appropriate solutions
• Advice and support with regard to performance management, succession planning, career paths, development opportunities or conflict resolution
• Support of the department during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process
• Ensuring the implementation of the KWS-wide HR strategy and deriving strategic measures for the departments supported
• Interface management between the Centers of Expertise and the Service Center
• Management of HR projects
