Responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting employees on all HR-related topics
- Strategic partner for managers in Germany and abroad with regard to legal HR regulations within the framework of the Employee Lifecycle
- Sparring partner for executives regarding performance management, talent acquisition, retention, talent review, HR development and compensation
- Cooperation and support of negotiations with the works council
- Realization of new hires including the internal and external recruiting process as well as contract negotiations
- Takeover and support of local and global HR projects in the area of HR Digitalization, among others.
