WHAT TO EXPECT:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our growing People team at Phiture. You will work directly with our department leads, acting as a trusted sparring partner and advisor to them while reporting to our Director of People and Culture. Be part of an exciting time of change and work in a fast-evolving yet people-centric and remote-first company.

• Work closely with our department leads and act as a sparring partner to them while delivering strategic People & Culture solutions in conjunction with our business goals and objectives
• Advise key stakeholders regarding people topics and coach leaders to develop their people leadership skills further
• Drive key People & Culture-related projects and process improvements (e.g., L&D, performance review model revamp, engagement, and retention)
• Be the go-to partner for department leads on any People-related topics and act as the vital link between people and the business
