- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Implement HR policies aligned with Henkel’s corporate standards and Hungarian labor regulations
- Use HR Analytics: Turn data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions
- Empower Performance & Growth: Collaborate on talent reviews, leadership development, salary adjustments, and retention strategies
- Innovate through Partnership: Work with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global HR teams on impactful projects and initiatives
- Engage Beyond HR: Join diverse employee resource groups (ERG), bring fresh ideas into your projects, and contribute to cross-functional, cross-country, or cross-region initiatives
