In our expanding HR team, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the Dutch and UK region. This role will provide support to our offices in Amsterdam (Staff/Capital), Manchester, Birmingham, London and more to come. Do you have the ability to empower both employees and the organization? Our HR Business Partner will actively execute the HR yearplan and related initiatives to achieve strategic objectives in our offices. Serving as a sparring partner for employees, managers and partners this role is an integral part of the HR team. While each HR Business Partner has specific projects and focus areas, collaboration and complementing each other’s efforts are essential within our team.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will report to the HR Manager in the Netherlands and take on the following tasks:
- Responsibility for further growth of the Dutch & UK locations (open to regular travel abroad);
- Responsibility for all HR work in your locations, including personnel and labor law matters;
- Collaborating on HR projects with the HR-team;
- Proactively anticipating internal and external developments, providing both solicited and unsolicited advice;
- Promoting the HR policy actively and maintaining visibility within the organization;
- Building and nurturing internal and external networks;
- Regular travel to your locations.
