Description:

We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The successful individual will be based in Camberley working 37.5 hours per week between the business’ core hours.

Responsibilities:

As a HR Business Partner your day to day remit includes:

  • Gaining a deep knowledge of Cennox and our business processes, using this to provide expert HR advice and commercial solutions
  • Building strong relationships with managers and key professionals and to understand and guide people challenges
  • Deliver the full spectrum of HR services including payroll, training and people related matters such as absence management, dismissals, grievance and performance whilst supporting managers on employee relations issues
  • Partner and coach managers to drive the business and deliver its strategy
  • Take responsibility for key themes in HR and be the “go-to expert”
  • Lead and manage HR projects, which could include employee surveys, new policies, TUPE transfers, communication for HR initiatives and employee engagement
  • Supporting the team with making offers, recruitment and other duties as required
  • Work alongside the HR Director to plan and deliver an efficient and effective HR service to support the business
  • Staying up-to-date on employment law and best practice to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and manage HR queries from the business
