What you will do:
- Delivers HR services to client group resulting in a seamless point of contact to the broader HR organization and ensuring successful integration of initiatives • Serves as a sparring partner to support and accompany manager and act as a “one stop shop” for employees to voice concerns, ask questions and request assistance in any personnel-related topics
- Provide daily HR guidance within client organization on various HR topics such as talent and compensation planning, organizational change processes, personnel and team development, training, organizations design and recruitment of highly qualified and well-fitting candidates
- Address root causes of human resources issues for assigned client group, advise on local labor law regulations
- Coaches on professional execution of all existing HR processes as well as support the development and optimization of new HR processes, personnel policies and procedures
- Drives special projects across the client groups e.g. salary review, enhancing recruiting efforts, as well as diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging initiatives
- Collaborates closely with a team of fellow HRBPs and HR functional experts to ensure a common standard and consistent service across the various client groups
What we are looking for:
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources, alternatively completed training with a further qualification, as well as several years of operational professional experience as an HR generalist and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a role as a personnel officer, HR Business Partner or comparable position in an international environment
- Independent work, „hands-on“ mentality (forward-looking, dynamic, flexible, able to work under pressure),structured way of thinking and acting paired with a quick grasp of things, good judgment and assertiveness., ability to argue and negotiate
- Ultimately, you should be able to operate in an international and growing company with excellent people management skills and to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, German or French language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of modern HR management methods and instruments as well as labor legislation
