WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Experienced Human Resources Generalist, who has previously provided advice, challenge and coaching on all aspects of the people agenda to those in the client group.
  • Prior exposure of providing organisational support on a number of projects in diverse areas such as employee engagement, compensation, talent management and culture change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to be resourceful, influential, creative, focused, proactive and customer centric.
  • Proven previous experience working as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
  • Educated to Degree level and CIPD qualified (or working towards this)
