Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN MY NEW ROLE?

  • Advising managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Leading HR projects and change initiatives.
  • Developing training and development programs for employees.
  • Providing expert advice on legal compliance and HR best practices.
  • Providing guidance on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
  • Assisting with talent management, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development to ensure a strong and capable workforce.
  • Analyzing trends and metrics to inform business decisions and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with the business strategy.
  • Acting as a change agent to drive and support organizational transformation and development initiatives.
  • Supporting the HR team on all Group related matters including Group reward and compensation strategy, central administration procedures, data protection protocols, harmonisation, business continuity planning and HR diagnostics and reporting.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements to ensure HR policies and practices are up to date.
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance/support to the business in most of the following areas: competency development, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, change management and process improvement.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the business to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees. Consult with managers to ensure the consistent application of and adherence to company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • CIPD or relevant HR qualifications.
  • Ability to build strong trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the confidence to lead and challenge decisions where necessary.
  • Experience of managing projects and supporting others to achieve goals.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the importance of Inclusion & Diversity and can drive this within the team to ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices.
