JOB OVERVIEW

NHS Professionals are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Princess Alexandra Hospitals NHS Trust. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR function within the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in ESR, Conformity, Taleo, Data analysis skills, ATS, PeopleSoft, HRIS, or Workday is desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    The role will involve but not limited to you performing the above. 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide general People advice, guidance and support to all managers and employees on transactional HR, relating to the interpretation of policies and procedures, terms and conditions and employment issues e.g. Annual leave, special leave, flexible working, absence management, discipline and grievance.
  • Work with wider People Function to support agreed People plans
  • Maintain administrative processes to ensure the efficiency and quality of the delivery of ER cases, recommending and implementing changes as required including maintenance of the ER tracker sheet.
  • Facilitate and participate in Employee Relations case conferences in accordance with local procedures and good practice.
