Description:
Your responsibilities
- Regional HR Partnership:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for dedicated businesses within Region North.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to provide expert HR guidance and support on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Drive and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives and contribute to our overall success.Lead change management initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture across the region.
- Local HR Support:
- Serve as the trusted HR advisor for managers in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, providing expert guidance on employment-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and protecting the company.
- Empower managers and employees by delivering exceptional HR services and promoting best practices.
- Build strong partnerships with work councils to ensure smooth implementation of decisions.
Your qualification
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record as an HR Business Partner, ideally with experience in working in an international matrix organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and local employment laws in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, and make sound decisions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian)
