Your responsibilities

  • Regional HR Partnership:
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for dedicated businesses within Region North.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to provide expert HR guidance and support on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Drive and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives and contribute to our overall success.Lead change management initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture across the region.

    • Local HR Support:
  • Serve as the trusted HR advisor for managers in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, providing expert guidance on employment-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and protecting the company.
  • Empower managers and employees by delivering exceptional HR services and promoting best practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with work councils to ensure smooth implementation of decisions.

Your qualification

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as an HR Business Partner, ideally with experience in working in an international matrix organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and local employment laws in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, and make sound decisions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian)
