Mission :
As HR Business Partner, you ensure effective, qualitative, and consistent delivery of HR services to dedicated departments, line management and Team Members. Furthermore, as Squad Lead, you manage an HR Business Squad composed of HR professionals in recruitment, learning & development and any other expertise that may be required to deliver the quarterly objectives.

As HR Business Partner :

  • You understand and analyze your HR customer requirements. You advise line management and provide first line expertise on all HR domains/processes.
  • You are accountable for the manpower budget for your department(s) through continuously challenging HR related decisions, aligning with the HR strategy / policies and processes.
  • Furthermore, you deploy the HR strategy, policies and processes at the customer’s side through building a strong relationship with your internal customer(s) based on credibility and mutual trust.
  • Supported by your own squad and/or other HR Squads, you manage the overall in- and outflow of team members, you make sure the talents and potentials are identified and the right development plan is defined.
  • You represent and/or support your customers in the Trade Union delegations and Work’s Council.
  • You constantly coach managers and senior leaders so that they understand how to engage teams and individuals differentially to address their different needs.
  • You are accountable for the constant evolution of the organization in your department(s) in order to bring simplicity, agility and efficiency in the processes; You support your customers in organization design / deployment and communication, together with other HR professionals working in your HR Business squad.
  • Last but not least, you provide first line expertise on all HR domains/processes in order to ensure efficient, consistent and coherent delivery of HR services. You cooperate with the management team and HR experts to bring best solutions for the TMs and the organization prioritized in the squad’s product backlog.

You have:

  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resource. Ideally you have built experience in several fields of HR.
  • Overall knowledge of HR disciplines (compensation & benefits, talent management, recruitment, …)
  • People management skills
  • Business understanding
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (charisma, assertiveness, feedback, transparency, persuasiveness, and ability to give advice and exchange ideas).
  • Ability to coach people managers
  • Stress resistance

You are:

  • Fluent in FR, NL and ENG
  • Diplomatic, customer focused and result oriented
