PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA – DEPARTMENT OF PARLIAMENTARY SERVICES

We are seeking a HR Business Partner that is adaptable, eager to learn and enjoys contributing to a collaborative environment to join our high performing team.

In this partnering role you will support and manage a portfolio of Electorate Officers across Victoria and will work closely with your Senior HR Business Partner on a range of organisation-wide HR activities.

The Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff – Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2024 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 4 will be $95,102 to $107,905.
