Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in search of an HR Business Partner to join our team, collaborating and supporting our Zinfra operational teams to deliver exceptional HR solutions in line with our strategy.
This part-time, 12-month contract position is set to commence in ASAP and will be based at our Tullamarine and Broadmeadows depots.
You will build partnerships with dedicated internal clients, serving as their primary point of contact, and implement company policies, programs, and initiatives for continuous improvement in HR management and leadership. The successful candidate will report to the Senior HR Business Partner on the Jemena Electricity Services Agreement (JESA) within the Zinfra business unit.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Provide timely professional advice, coaching, and support on HR policies, issues, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Operations to determine appropriate resource requirements for the contract, to deliver the program of works
  • Work with leaders to develop and deliver key engagement initiatives highlighted in the 2023 people survey
  • Coordinate and implement HR projects and initiatives within business areas to drive improvement and growth.
  • Coach and develop leaders to build a positive and resilient workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR management systems.
