DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner for Belgium market to join our dynamic team in Perrigo - Quality, Affordable, Self-Care company based in Ghent, Belgium.
In this role, you will be partnering with both central and global teams as with local commercial teams such as sales, marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and quality/safety. Currently offering 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role or as an HR generalist in a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and support various functions.
- Experience in change management and organisational development.
- Experience with works councils.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for HR and a commitment to supporting the growth and development of our teams.
- Naturally curious and ambitious, you thrive in a dynamic organisation with a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating sometimes complex situations, demonstrating autonomy in your work, and collaborating effectively with other HR colleagues.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities:
- Close partnering with leaders and colleagues to ensure organisation and team effectiveness and high performance, alignment between talent and business objectives to enable business results and improvement.
- Identifying business talent requirements, engagement and enablement plans.
- Organising performance management, compensation and benefits, and merit cycle processes.
- Driving change management and other organizational growth initiatives.
- Working closely with our central People Solutions team, which offers administrative, payroll, talent acquisition services, and HR analytics.
- Enabling business value through business HR partnering, coaching and advice to inform talent related strategies and plans.
- Collaborating with local social partners.
