WE HAVE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER TO JOIN THE HR TEAM AT REDBRIDGE COUNCIL FOR 6 MONTHS WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION.

Our Business Partners work alongside Directorate management teams to provide support and guidance on a wide range of complex employment issues.
Business Partners are key to driving cultural change within the Council in line with our values of Collaboration, Honesty, Excellence and Fairness. Working with directorates teams on aspects such as developing people plans that will deliver against the needs of today and in the future, in alignment with the Corporate Plan, organisational change projects including service re-designs, TUPE transfers, job role design, talent mapping and succession planning this is a busy and varied role.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, experienced at working at a strategic level in a large complex organisation and determined to make a difference to staff and residents’ lives.
With experience of working at a strategic level in a large complex organisation you will have excellent relationship management skills and professional credibility. You will need to be MCIPD qualified and current HR/employment la legislation knowledge to enable you to provide innovative, compliant solutions to business problems.
The role also leads in managing a team of HR Business Consultants, coaching and supporting them to succeed and develop in their HR careers.
