• Understand and address employee concerns, fostering engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive the communication of best practices across functions for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between HR and business units to align services with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for HR to add value and maintain awareness of key HR trends.
• Cultivate a leadership and coaching culture within the organization.
• Manage HR projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
