Job Description
JDA TSG is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team.
In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders and employees across our organization supporting accounting and tax services programs. You will provide guidance on onboarding, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
You will play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies that support the company’s business goals while ensuring a positive employee experience for our remote workforce.
Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience + bonus.
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Strategic HR Partnership: The HRBP is the Primary contact to provide guidance and insights on critical HR-services in support of our business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, provide coaching to managers on employee performance and career development, and ensure timely performance reviews and feedback.
- Talent Development and Succession Planning: Identify employee development needs and collaborate with managers to create and implement learning and development plans. Identify key talent and create leadership development plans, help to create and implement succession plans.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures as well as compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations for remote workers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Support our remote onboarding processes ensuring all new hires are integrated smoothly. Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews ensuring a positive exit experience.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee engagement. Assist leadership in making data-driven decisions related to people management.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to assess and plan for future workforce needs, support organizational changes, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Employee Engagement: Work to foster a positive and inclusive remote work environment by supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and well-being.
- Change Management: Lead and support HR-driven change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve complex employee issues, including conducting investigations and recommending action plans to address concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 5+ years working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a remote or BPO environment.
- Education: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, labor laws, and regulations, particularly for remote workers.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, performance management systems, etc.).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience working at a BPO supporting remote groups.
- Managing HR in a remote work setting.
