Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner it support the IT infrastructure of the organization., This position is located near Sparta NJ. The role involves providing consultative and collaborative support to IT in all areas of human resources. This position is on a permanent basis and will take place in an office setting 3 days per week, with ability to work from home 2 days.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an IT environment or supporting an IT infrastructure.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with IT stakeholders.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
Experience with ADP platforms.

Provide guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Partner with IT managers to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

Analyze HR metrics and propose data-driven solutions to enhance team effectiveness.
Support change management efforts during IT projects and organizational transitions.
