About the position
The HR Business Partners for Sales & Support play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. Our focus is to be agile and closely integrated with the business to drive performance and growth. By closely connected to our managers, HRBPs work to ensure that SSABs human capital is effectively leveraged to deliver on Special Steels strategy.
As HRBP you will support managers across the globe and your day to day work will consist of collaborating with colleagues in different countries, cultures and realities. Here you will play the important part in supporting the mangers to make sure the SSAB Way is anchored among the people in our organization.
You will belong to a team of 9 HR Professionals located across the world- Sweden, US, Brazil, China, Singapore and Austria. Together we have extensive experience with the SSAB Business and global HR processes.
Preferred location is Oxelösund, Sweden; however, internal candidates (with SSAB knowledge) can have other locations in Europe.
Main responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the organizational growth.
Overseeing recruitment, retention, and development to ensure we have the best people in the right roles.
Leading and supporting organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Guide the organization in our annual HR Processes.
Support and guide managers in people-related topics.
About You

Minimum 5 years of experience in independent and professional HR work.
Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related fields.
Strong understanding of how to create valuable people processes that help the business deliver on our strategy – Leading the Way.
Experience in collaboration in a multicultural, global environment.
Fluency in English is required.
