Are you ready to ensure the smooth running of HR activities, be a true business partner for the local Management Team, and contribute to the development of human resources within the entity? If you have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we want you to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Goals:
- Ensure smooth running of HR activities
- Be a trustful Business Partner for the local Management Team
- Ensure deployment of all local, country, and corporate HR processes
- Take an active part in all people aspects of the entity and support lean manufacturing adoption by both blue-collar and office population.
Tasks:
- Implement the HR strategy in line with the Entity, the Country, and Corporate HR guidelines
- Contribute to the design of the organization – skills, resources, processes
- Improve employee engagement & lead the change management plans
- Develop and deploy the development and training plan
- Coordinate talent management and retention
- Lead the staffing/recruitment process for all open positions, ensure proper flexibility is reached and maintained
- Handle compensation and benefit-related tasks with regard to HR budget limits – including planning, implementation, and control
- Apply HR tools and provide support to the managers and the staff on HR-related issues
- Manage the relations with Trade Union and the Workers’ Council
- Work in cooperation with the country HR Shared Service Team (HR Operations)
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant (HR BP or Generalist) work experience in a manufacturing environment – must be able to work efficiently and communicate well with blue-collar staff
- Managerial experience or potential and capacity to take on higher responsibilities is a clear advantage
- Wide knowledge and experience in all HR functions, covering the handling of DVC staff, labor relations, health & safety, and efficiency improvement
- Excellent cooperation and organizing skills, trustworthy, accurate, and committed to quality while keeping deadlines
- Cooperative team player
- Ability to convince and influence, open, flexible, and creative personality
- Fluency in English language and has high-level MS Office skills
- Hands-on attitude is a must
