Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is designed for a highly motivated HR professional who will provide comprehensive HR support to our area managers
across multiple locations and multiple businesses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities including employee relations, training, onboarding, recruitment, and policy implementation.
This role will involve a mixture of one day on site in the Limerick office, nationwide travel to all school locations and some element of remote working.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in preparing for and representing the company in WRC hearings or court proceedings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex HR disputes and legal matters with professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to travel as required.

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives.
