We are looking for a Talent Partner / Human Resources Business Partner who is strategic, collaborative, and people-focused to join our Human Resources team, based in one of our key regional location such as our Romanian office in Bucharest, our Athens office in Greece, our Warsaw office in Poland or any other in the South East Europe region (Poland, Hungary, Greece, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic HR business partner to senior leadership teams within the Patient Impact South-East Europe organization. You will drive talent strategies, enable cultural and organizational initiatives, and support leadership in building high-performing teams to deliver the best outcomes for patients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with leadership to define and implement talent strategies that support business success and enhance team performance.
- Enable leadership growth through coaching, assessments, and team development initiatives tailored to business needs.
- Support organizational design and transformation efforts, including change management and workforce planning strategies.
- Lead staffing of key positions in collaboration with Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development to foster a strong workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and advise leaders on HR risks, best practices, and employee engagement strategies.
- Contribute to global, regional, and local talent projects, ensuring business alignment and effective execution of HR initiatives.
