Responsibilities:

You’ll champion the exciting and ambitious Group People Plan in the Water businesses, taking accountability to ensure all elements are delivered and embedded into the business areas and will lead by embodying the company’s Values and Behaviours and:

  • Develop strong relationships to influence the business area management, union and teams around the people agenda and issues
  • Lead your team to advise, guide, coach and support managers providing high level people management and development support across all disciplines
  • Communicate effectively and lead the teams within the business area through change and implementation of new initiatives
  • Manage talent and succession planning within area, highlighting risks and creating action plans to support the wider talent and succession planning process.
  • Provide high-quality monthly management information for board reporting
  • Analyse data looking for trends and insights and produce recommendations to the business for improvements or focus areas
  • Take ownership to ensure business area drives the appropriate actions from employee feedback around employee engagement, IIP and wellbeing.
