Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a 14-month fixed-term contract position on a 4:3 or 4:3 4:3 8:6 roster, FIFO from Darwin or Cairns.
As the HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic support to business leaders in making good people decisions across the employee lifecycle. This includes building strong teams and driving the South32 culture.
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT AREN’T LIMITED TO:
- Help leaders with the interpretation of internal policies, procedures and Enterprise Agreement.
- Review trends and metrics to develop solutions to local issues in partnership with the operation.
- Drive workforce planning and talent management processes within your area of responsibility.
- Recommend and lead new initiatives that align with the organisation’s people strategy.
