This is an opportunity to support the delivery of our strategic and operational people plan ambitions, working closely with Senior HRBPs and HR Leadership team to drive a high-performance culture.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our HR strategy to life, making Specsavers the best place to work. In this role, you’ll thrive in a matrix and hybrid environment, acting as a change agent and influencing a network of relationships. You’ll coach business managers, helping them achieve their goals while championing our brand and employee value proposition (EVP) culture. Your ability to create open communication channels with stakeholders will be crucial in building trust and respect. Through coaching, mentoring, and role modelling our Global Values and Behaviours, you’ll forge strong relationships and foster a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of functional people plans, contributing to the identification of the people agenda, and building sustainable resource plans. You’ll support Senior HRBPs on organisational change, provide HR support on initiatives, and facilitate talent management and reward processes. Staying connected with ER Business Partners, you’ll offer advice on complex issues and ensure continuous improvement. You’ll also collate and share data insights, improve employee engagement, and contribute to best practice sharing across HR.
You’ll bring HR generalist experience, with excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving engagement and innovation.
This is a 12 month FTC, working on a hybrid basis with our support office in Southampton.
