Purpose of the Function:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide strategic advice and guidance acting as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
This role works collaboratively with leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business plans through talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP is responsible for leading, implementing and delivering HR initiatives and act as a change agent.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolve complex employee relations workplace issues and address complaints in accordance with company and legal systems.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Create Action Plans to improve the department KPI’s
  • Rotation Analysis (evaluation of exit interviews and general statistics).
  • Union Market Analysis: Salaries, turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
  • Provide HR policy guidance.
  • Identify training needs for HR team and individuals.
  • Suggest new HR strategies and develop action plans.
  • Official Administrator of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) -TRESS and Workday.

    • Administration of union tabulators in the HRIS
  • Create and update job descriptions.
  • Create and update HR procedures and policies.
  • Follow up on the legal requirements listed in the FMI-122 Compliance Check-List. Legal Requirements Compliance Checklist
  • Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her activities for the participation in the established Objectives and Goals.

Competences / abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Advance Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English
