The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to senior leaders and managers in the organization, acting under the leadership of the HR Manager. You work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers to understand their business objectives and develop HR policies and procedures which support them and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement other HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit top talent to meet the organization’s business needs and provide HR administrative support on offers and contracts.
  • Facilitate leaders in the effective application of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans using Workday.
  • Manage employee relations issues, and provide guidance and advice on conflict resolution and employee discipline.
  • Support the HR Manager on any organizational change initiatives, and partner with managers to ensure successful implementation under his supervision.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English..
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a profit organization.
  • Experience with systems such as Workday, TimeWize timemanagement and ADP payrol is a big plus
  • Willingness to learn a Job Grading methodology, (CATS or ISF)
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations and ability to update an employee handbook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to use HR metrics and data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and in the HR team, providing any support to the HR Manager which means backfilling his tasks by his absence.
