Description:

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, unpredictable, challenging environments? We’re looking for a proactive HRBP to join our team and bring structure to an ever-evolving environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with managers who need guidance, work to improve systems and scale up processes alongside a supportive existing HRBP team. If you’re a problem solver with a passion for driving change, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People team in Ireland. You can also work fully remotely from the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GTM teams: Drive people strategies that support business objectives, ensuring alignment between people and business goals.
  • Drive employee engagement: Take ownership of employee engagement initiatives, leveraging Peakon as our engagement platform. Analyse feedback, drive action plans, and lead initiatives to enhance engagement across the organisation.
  • HR projects and initiatives: Contribute to and lead HR projects, such as Talent Development programs, Performance Management enhancements, and HR Technology and Systems optimisation, as we continue to build a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
  • Coach and advise managers: Act as a trusted partner to our Go-To-Market teams, providing coaching and support on all aspects of people management.
  • Support existing HRBPs: Collaborate with and support the current HRBPs in day-to-day activities, including handling employee relations, addressing queries, and problem-solving HR challenges.
  • Process improvement and scaling: Help refine and scale existing HR processes, policies, and enablements to support our growing global workforce.
  • Employee relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations where needed, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
  • Grow Your Employment Law Expertise: Through close collaboration with teams across multiple regions, including Finland, Singapore, Australia, and more, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of global employment laws and practices, allowing you to expand your expertise in international HR compliance and people strategies.
