Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Hybrid, Based in Par (Cornwall)
covering sites in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Yorkshire, and Essex
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Travel: Required within the UK
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a proactive and commercially aware HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide business-focused HR services across multiple UK sites. This role will work closely with managers and employees, offering expert advice and support on a range of HR issues to ensure compliance with UK employment laws and promote a positive workplace environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries across designated business areas.
- Ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and are integrated into management teams.
- Handle day-to-day HR matters such as absence management, discipline, grievances, recruitment, succession planning, and employee development.
- Lead on compensation changes, performance reviews, and bonus schemes.
- Support managers and employees through change programs, ensuring positive employee relations.
- Lead policy development and ensure the business complies with employment legislation.
