ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Central HR Business Partner to join our team and partner with business leaders to embed our people proposition throughout the organisation. This role involves leading and supporting HR projects to drive the evolution and growth of our HR function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to translate organisational plans into a cohesive people strategy.
- Project Leadership: Lead HR projects focusing on process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Development & Mentorship: Implement development plans and provide coaching to managers to accelerate delivery.
- Talent Management: Identify skill gaps, develop internal talent, and build a robust succession pipeline.
- HR Initiatives: Lead generalist HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Organisational Development: Analyse and recommend organisational development initiatives.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes supporting talent acquisition, training, development, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- IIP Programme Leadership: Lead the business’s Investors in People (IIP) programme.
