Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide HR functional expertise to the Business Unit, supporting the MD to make effective decisions that at minimum are compliant and protect the business, but also support building the right people culture
  • Ensure our online presence actively promotes our culture and the great reasons why candidates should work at Tharsus / Universal Wolf
  • Ensure our recruitment process facilitates hiring the right people in the right time, with an engaging candidate experience
  • Develop and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure the effectiveness of all new colleagues from day one
  • Work with managers to identify learning and development solutions to meet departmental needs and deliver high performing teams
  • Ensure all colleagues receive regular feedback on their performance to optimize their development and potential
  • Ensure our inbound and outbound communication channels are facilitating effective communication and engaging colleagues.
  • Identify and implement colleague engagement initiatives
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking, establish & maintain logical pay scales, pro-actively identifying issues of pay and making recommendations to the business unit
  • Provide Management Information (MI) to the senior leaders of the business unit
  • Ensure Bamboo (Single Source of Information) is maintained and accurate at all times, support the execution of the monthly payrolls for your business unit
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on policies and procedures
  • Ensure you comply with all standards, procedures & policies which fall within our management system.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, or CIPD Qualified
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner delivering strategic projects into the business
  • Confident with Employment Law
  • Confident IT skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Head of HR and the Business Unit Senior Team, an enabling and proactive Business Partner who leads the development and implementation of People Strategy initiatives. Be the point of contact for both managers and colleagues on people related topics. The business unit people expert for implementing and driving change.
