What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture division in a Max Term role until 31st December 2025.
The People & Culture Division is responsible for the provision of human resources and best practice advisory, learning and development services.
The HR Business Partner is primarily responsible for providing the business with one point of contact for all human resources related services within their respective area of responsibility to ensure that the business is optimally supported in achieving its objectives through its people.
This role is based in Port Melbourne with requirement to travel to our Altona North office with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you’ll make an impact
- Support alignment of HR strategies with the overall business goals and objectives of the allocated divisions.
- Understand the specific HR needs and challenges of the allocated divisions and develop appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with employees and senior management to provide HR support and guidance.
- Ensure that HR policies, process and initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned to allocated division needs.
- Assist with org design and workforce planning, helping to create org structures that align with organisation needs.
- Implement and review talent acquisition, talent management, promotions & rotations and remuneration & benefit systems, processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve organisational objectives.

- Degree qualification in HR or Business or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering roles in a corporate environment.
- Ability to successfully provide services and solutions to the business.
- Great interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Strong excel skills and Workday experience (highly desirable).
