JOB TYPE: FULL TIME/PERMANENT (37.5 HOURS PER WEEK)

Brighter Foods is an award-winning food manufacturer based in Tywyn, a small town situated between the stunning Snowdonia Mountain range and the beautiful beaches of mid-Wales. Since our launch in 2014, this growing company has brought experience, resources and talent to a thriving sector of food manufacturing serving the millions of consumers who are looking for the finest ingredients and superb taste and texture in a healthy snack bar.
For this role, you will need to be happy working independently to support Managers across our full site.

Responsibilities:

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling employee relations cases across different business areas.
  • Proficiency in advising Senior Managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of current employment legislation.
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt to change.
  • Ideally, experience working as an HR Generalist in a blue-collar environment.
