Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Project management skills
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a generalist human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop insights to drive decision-making.[SJ1]
