PEOPLE PARTNER

We’re on the lookout for an amazing new People Partner to support our Chief Operations Officer to enhance our already-strong colleague experience in our Customer Services directorate.
Working collaboratively with two other People Partners who support other areas of YBS, and reporting into the Chief People Officer, you’ll effectively align people initiatives with business plans which support our clear purpose of providing real help with real life for our customers.

Responsibilities:

A visible and accountable partnership-focused role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we approach the people agenda:

  • You’ll provide insight, challenge and support to senior leaders to ensure change is delivered well and employee engagement is maximised.
  • You’ll use data to enable the People Division and leadership teams to identify and manage people risks and other emerging themes linked to the employee experience.
  • You’ll drive business ownership of talent, development and succession planning activity, and advocate for an inclusive workplace which attracts and retains high performing talent.
  • As a member of the People Division leadership team, you’ll help build people build capability and develop critical external relationships which support sustained commercial success.
