Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HR Director and Director of Strategy & Transformation Office to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives and that minimise resistance and maximise engagement.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Introduce best practices for process improvements that drive productivity. Ensure that these process changes are documented and that standard operating procedures are updated accordingly and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness if necessary.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to cross-border operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders to facilitate smooth cross-border consultations and implementations.
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored communication plans to engage and inform them throughout the change process. Use a variety of communication methods to reach different audiences, ensuring that communication is clear, consistent and aligned with the Dechra values.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Lead and manage change projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Utilise project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support and advise stakeholders throughout the change process, producing training and documentation as needed
