POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Position: HR CLERICAL SUPPORT
Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Under general supervision of the Human Resource Director, performs, coordinates, and oversees secretarial and administrative-support duties of the Human Resource Department.

III. QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED AT TIME OF OFFER):

(1.) Possesses a high school diploma or GED.
(2.) Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
(3.) Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
(4.) Prior administrative-support experience preferred.
(5.) Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications or other IBM-compatible word processing program.
(6.) Prior experience using standard office equipment.
(7.) Able to work a flexible schedule, with ?regular? business hours set by the Agency.
(8.) Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements.
IV. RESPONSIBILITIES (illustrative and not intended as inclusive; specific responsibilities may vary):
(1.) Accurately, professionally, and timely completes secretarial and administrative/clerical duties supporting the Human Resource Director and the HR team.
(2.) Gathers, assembles, and distributes various reports and statistical summaries in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
(3.) Performs other Agency-related duties as assigned.
