Responsibilities:

  • This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a brand new team! You will support the activities of the HR client team and will be responsible for ensuring all the HR administration is conducted accurately and efficiently.
  • Overseeing the client document portal, dealing with client queries and providing support and monitor the HR client inbox, escalating queries, ensuring holding emails are sent.
  • Create employment documentation, such as, letter templates, employee handbooks, and contracts of employment.
  • Complete self-review of all work and identify areas for improvement and correction
  • You’ll actively participate in both team and client meetings
  • Develop and keep up to date with new employment legislation and compliance
  • Buddy with new team members to provide on the job training
