QUALIFICATIONS:
- A college diploma or university degree in HR is required.
- Education in Communications or Marketing will also be considered
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Human Resources is required
- Benefit administration, pension, WSIB, and return to work experience is preferred
- Event Planning & Corporate Communications experience is required
- Social Media Management experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is preferred
- Relevant industry experience is highly desired
- Strong leadership, practical and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computers with the ability to use various computer applications such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google Analytics, HRIS and Adobe products
