Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the HR Communications Senior Specialist, you will help us communicate key strategic HR programs and initiatives across all HR Functions, including Corporate Human Resources, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
This key member of our Human Resources team will partner closely with functional leaders to ensure communications and resources are engaging, actionable, and timely. You will play an essential role in contributing to Aramark?s people strategy by helping our HR functions elevate their communications.
The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where we work cross-functionally with leaders across HR, communications, and analytics functions. Connecting to the broader business, you?ll keep our employees engaged with HR initiatives and internal clients apprised of critical program updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred.
- 2-5 years proven experience in communications or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and engagement.
- Demonstrated experience creating visually appealing designs for various media, e.g., presentation decks, posters, websites, and other materials a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in developing communication strategies and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Suite, intranets, and content development.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management.

Bachelors preferred
Responsibilities:
- Partner with all Human Resources Centers of Excellence, including Labor Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and HR Technology functions to support internal communication and resources for programs which foster employee growth, performance, and retention.
- Leverage modern communication channels, resources, and tactics to build internal awareness and drive program participation and technology adoption among employees in support of our key HR stakeholders.
- Support internal HR content development, including intranets, instructional materials, executive summaries, presentations, and reports.
- Supports the development, delivery and communication of our employee listening strategy, including survey design, deployment, analysis of feedback and supporting program collateral.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
