Description:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent within our organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications in compensation and benefits are a plus.
Language: Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
Professional Experience and Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and managing compensation and benefits policies.

SKILLS:

  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Familiarity with Mercer methodology.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in HR analysis tools and related software.
